If you are searching for a child psychiatrist in Gurgaon, the honest answer first: we are not one. The centre is in Gurgaon itself. What we provide is the psychological assessment and therapy, and we coordinate psychiatric consultation and medication management directly with our partner Sukoon across Delhi NCR, so you are not left to find a psychiatrist yourself.

Our Gurugram centre
eMbrace Gurugram is at 710, DLF City Court, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Nathupur, Sector 24, Gurugram 122002. Guru Dronacharya on the Yellow Line is roughly 700 metres away, which makes this one of the few specialist child psychology services in Gurugram you can reach without a car.
That matters for families coming from DLF Phases 1 to 4, Sushant Lok, Sector 54 and the sectors around it, and it matters again for teenagers who would rather come to a session independently than be dropped off by a parent.
Delhi families sometimes choose Gurugram over our Delhi centres simply because the Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road run is easier from where they live than crossing south Delhi. Either centre is fine, and the same pathway runs at both.
Where a psychiatric opinion looks relevant, we coordinate the referral to Sukoon directly rather than leaving you to search for a provider, and with your consent we share the assessment and therapy notes that matter so the psychiatric opinion is informed by the same picture your therapist is working from.
For parking, the nearest drop-off point and the quickest route at your particular time of day, ask on the intake call.
How we work alongside psychiatric care
A diagnosis such as ADHD, anxiety, depression or OCD in a child or teen frequently has both a psychological side and a medical one, and families should not have to manage two unconnected files to get a coherent plan. That is the work we do.
- Psychological assessment and diagnosis for ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression and OCD
- Therapy for the child or teen, and support for the family around a diagnosis
- A coordinated referral to Sukoon across Delhi NCR where a psychiatric and medication opinion is relevant
- School liaison and accommodations support, whether or not medication is part of the plan
What each part involves is set out on our child psychiatry coordination page.
What we do, and what we do not
We carry out psychological assessment and deliver therapy, and build a written picture a psychiatrist can read alongside their own findings. We do not diagnose from a purely medical standpoint, prescribe or manage medication ourselves.
If a psychiatric opinion looks relevant and you have not yet had one, we will say so plainly rather than continuing a therapy programme around an unanswered medical question.
Who you would see at our Gurugram centre
Dr Supriya Malik, Founder and CEO, and Head of the Child Development Centre at Rainbow
PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Birmingham, where she was also a postdoctoral researcher, and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society in the UK. She designed the assessment and therapy pathways every eMbrace centre runs.
A child and adolescent psychiatrist is a doctor and eMbrace is a psychology and therapy practice, so we do not employ one. What we provide is the psychological assessment and therapy, and the coordination with Sukoon when a medical and medication opinion is relevant. If a psychiatrist is what you need right away, we will say so on the free intake call.
Fees and coordination
Fees are quoted upfront on your intake call and cover assessment and therapy. Psychiatric consultation and medication management through Sukoon is separate and not ours to quote.
With your consent we share what is relevant with the psychiatrist seeing your child, because a written picture is considerably more useful than a description of how the last few months have felt.
Frequently asked questions
No, and we do not employ one anywhere. We coordinate psychiatric consultation and medication management with Sukoon across Delhi NCR.

Book, or check first
Start with the free 15-minute intake call. It is with a clinician, fees are quoted on it, and if we are not the right service for your child we will tell you on that call rather than after you have paid for an appointment.
