Autism Therapy in Delhi

Professional autism therapy and treatment for families across Delhi, at our Vasant Kunj and Malviya Nagar centres.

Autism Information Menu

Autism therapy in Delhi is not one thing. It is a programme assembled from several disciplines around what a particular child actually needs, which is why the first honest question is not how many hours but which hours. The short answer is both our Delhi centres, Vasant Kunj and Malviya Nagar, and which one is a question of your journey rather than of the service. This page sets out what the programme can contain, what it is aiming at, and what it is not promising.

  • Bullet Centre: eMbrace Vasant Kunj
  • Bullet Address: C-7, Sector C, Pocket 5, Basement, Grand Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070
  • Bullet Nearest metro: Munirka on the Magenta Line is nearest, Chhatarpur on the Yellow Line is the usual access point for the Vasant Kunj sectors
  • Bullet Phone: +91 99715 76800

Which of our Delhi centres you would use

We have two centres in Delhi, and which one you use is a question of geography rather than service, because the same pathway runs at both.

eMbrace Vasant Kunj, at C-7, Sector C, Pocket 5, Grand Vasant Kunj, is the larger team and serves south-west Delhi: Vasant Vihar, Munirka, R.K. Puram, Safdarjung Enclave, Anand Niketan, Shanti Niketan, Moti Bagh and Chanakyapuri.

eMbrace at Rainbow, Malviya Nagar, at FC-29, Plot No. 5, Geetanjali, beside Malviya Nagar Metro Station Gate No. 1, serves the Yellow Line corridor through Saket, Hauz Khas and Green Park, and the drive-in catchment of Greater Kailash and Defence Colony. It runs inside Rainbow Children's Hospital, so multidisciplinary therapy sits in the same building as assessment.

If you are in north or west Delhi, either centre is a real journey, and we would usually suggest starting online and coming in only for the parts that have to happen in a room.

This is the heaviest commitment we offer: potentially two or three appointments a week across different disciplines, sustained over months, so the journey is not a detail. Be blunt on the intake call about what your week can carry. A smaller programme that runs for a year beats an ambitious one abandoned in six.

For parking, the nearest drop-off point and the quickest route at your particular time of day, ask on the intake call. Traffic and parking around every one of these centres change enough through the day that current directions from someone who works there beat anything we could fix on a web page.

What the therapy is aiming at

The goal is a child who can communicate what they need, take part in what matters to them, and spend less of the day distressed. It is not making an autistic child indistinguishable from a non-autistic one. That distinction changes which goals go in the plan, so it is worth asking any provider where they stand before you commit.

  • Communication, whether spoken, signed or through a device, so a child can get needs and ideas across
  • Regulation and sensory strategies, so the day contains fewer overwhelming moments
  • Participation at home and at school, measured in what a child can join in with
  • Parent and sibling support, because the programme runs at home far more hours than it runs with us

Behaviour therapy, sleep, feeding, emotional regulation and autism with ADHD each have their own page on our autism hub.

What a programme is made of

A programme draws on behaviour therapy and parent training, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, special education for school access, and physiotherapy where movement is affected. For the youngest children it is organised around naturalistic early intervention, embedded in play and daily routines rather than delivered at a table.

What we will not do is put every child on the same package. The plan starts from a written baseline, names a few goals in terms you could check yourself, and is reviewed on a set date. If a goal is not moving, the plan changes.

What programmes tend to look like here

Across both Delhi centres programmes combine communication work, regulation and sensory strategies, parent training and school liaison, with the mix set by age. Under-fives get naturalistic early intervention; school-age children get access-focused work.

The Malviya Nagar centre runs inside Rainbow, which is why a child needing three disciplines can often get them at one address rather than three.

Schools and services we already work with

Autism support around Delhi does not stop at our door, and the organisations we work with shape what we can offer.

Our Malviya Nagar centre runs inside Rainbow Children's Hospital, New Delhi, which is why occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, behaviour therapy and special education sit in the same building as assessment.

Through The Medical Travel Company we provide autism and ADHD assessment and therapy for families in the UK, across Africa and elsewhere in India, on hybrid, in-person and online programmes.

Since 2025 we have delivered corporate workshops with Atypical Advantage on inclusivity and neurodiversity, autism awareness and mental health awareness.

Fees, hours, and how progress is judged

Fees are quoted upfront on your intake call and depend on which disciplines the programme uses and how often. Because it is assembled rather than sold as a package, you get the shape and the cost together before anything starts.

We review formally on a date set in advance, against the goals written at the start. Beware anyone promising a timeline or an outcome for autism therapy, because nobody can honestly give you one.

Wondering whether an assessment is actually needed?

Our early-signs screener profiles four behaviour clusters separately — attention, impulsivity, social communication, and routines and sensory needs — and weighs how much daily life is affected. You get a straight answer on whether to book, plus a free guide to what an assessment involves and a school accommodations letter template.
